Heliopan Light Yellow Filter (5) EV 1.5 2X LV -0.5 to -1
The Light Yellow slightly reduces blue and is suitable for all outdoor exposures.
Slightly darkens blue sky. White clouds become more visible. Filter factor 1.5 to
2X
Heliopan Medium Yellow Filter. (8) EV 2.5-3X LV -1.3 to -1.5
This is the standard filter for B&W it reduces blue more than the light
yellow filter. Produce gray valves closer to the actual scene being photographed.
Especially suited to landscape photography. Filter Factor 2.5 to 3X
Heliopan Dark Medium Yellow Filter. (12) EV 3-4X LV -1.5 to -2
Heliopan dark medium filter strongly reduces blue, enhances blue sky.
Dramatically increases contrast. Filter factor 3 to 4 x
Heliopan Dark Yellow Filter (15) EV 4x LV -2
Very strong blue reduction. Primarily used in landscape photography with bright
sun and deep shadows. Creates dramatic effect in blue skies with clouds. Filter
factor 4x. image
Heliopan Yellow Green (11) EV2x LV -1
Yellow green filters moderately reduce blue. Reduces reds and lightens green tones.
Good filter choice for spring/summer landscapes with a lot of foreground. Also used
for portraits and group pictures in daylight. Filter Factor 2x
Heliopan Green (13) Ev 3x LV-1.5
The #13 green filter is more effective #11 filter. Reduces Blue and red.
Especially useful for outdoor photography. Lightens green and is ideal for landscapes.

Heliopan Blue (38) EV 2x LV-1
Reduces yellow and red. Primarily used for portraits in artificial light to give
proper tonal balance. Reduction of dark colors such as red lips and corresponding
clothing. Also used to increase the effect of shooting in fog. Filter factor
2x
Heliopan Orange (22) EV 4x LV -2
Orange #22 filter absorbs blue almost completely absorbs blues. Creates dramatic
enhancement of clouds. Reduces atmospheric haze considerably. Especially useful with
telephoto lenses. Smoothes skin tones and wrinkles. Helps hide blemishes.

Heliopan Light Red (25) EV8x LV -3
Ideal all around filter for the B&W photographer to create very strong
contrast in blue sky and clouds. Absorbs green and blue completely. Enhances red.
Very effective at cutting though haze.
Suited to infrared photography. Filter factor 8x image
Heliopan Dark Red (29) EV 8 - 12x LV -3.5
#29 is more effective than the #25. Also useful for reproduction of faded
documents.
